Funding Desk USA ("we," "us") helps established businesses apply for working capital from third-party funding providers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Application information you provide: business details (name, address, EIN, industry, revenue range), owner details (name, contact information, home address, date of birth, Social Security number, ownership), bank statements, and your electronic signature.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and the time of your submission, recorded as part of the electronic-signature record.
- Public business records: we may use publicly available information, such as state business registrations and public filings, and business contact information published by the business, to contact businesses about financing.
How we protect it
Your application, including your SSN, date of birth, signature and bank statements, is encrypted in your browser before it is sent, and can only be decrypted by us. Access is limited to people who need it to process your application.
How we use and share it
- To review your request and present it to funding providers and their partners who evaluate business financing. These parties may obtain credit reports and verify your information as you authorize in the application.
- To contact you about your application by email, phone, or (only if you opt in) text message.
- To comply with law, prevent fraud, and keep records of signed authorizations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
If you opt in, we may text you about your application. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. If you opt out, we will stop sending you marketing email.
Retention
We keep application records as long as needed to process your request and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any of our emails or writing to the contact below.
